Track Deliverables

Read through this section carefully to ensure that your tracks are accepted. At minimum, you can submit your full instrumental track. However, we recommend also submitting alternate versions to increase the chances of your music generating revenue. Examples are provided under each track description. Scroll to the bottom of this page to upload your music.

Main Instrumental Track (Required)

• We accept tracks up to 5 minutes in length. Example is below.

Alternate Versions (Recommended)

We recommend submitting alternate versions to improve the chances of your music generating income. Alternates may be uploaded at a later date. A few examples are below.

1.​ Narrative  ​- Full length Instrumental version with no lead melody.

2.​ 30 Second ​- A 27- to 30-second (MAX) version that starts directly on the downbeat. Should incorporate the chorus/main melody.

3.​ Bumper ​- A stand-alone version of the main melody of the track with NO PERCUSSION! (10 - 15 seconds in length).

4.​ Sting ​- A stand alone version of the sting ending (5 - 10 seconds in length).

Artwork

Artwork submitted with your submission should adhere to the following guidelines. StarLyte Sound’s official logo will serve as the default placeholder in the event that you do not upload artwork.

1. File type: jpg or png.

2. Image ratio: 1:1

3. Resolution: At least 1080 x 1080px

4. Image text: Less than 20% image text.

Metadata

Following your submission, a metadata template will be sent to you, along with instructions on how it should be completed. This template must be completed and returned before we can begin publishing your work.

1. You may upload up to 10 main instrumental files per session.

2. Alternates may be uploaded at any time and are not required.

3. Music with vocal soundmarks/tags will not be accepted.
